Roy Hobbs, LF/RF, NYK one option used(or sent down IRL no option needed)

****note: no longer will we use the rule if player is sent down IRL you don't have to use an option. Too many variables, easier to be cut and dry.
If the player has options they are protected, if not they must run through waivers.
