Make MLB player minimum salary $2 and raise draft allowance to $350 to offset this. $2 minimum will help to get the DL as there would be no comp for a $1 player because we are not going to go into decimals. Also it would work well with the minor league system because then we can make all minor leaguers $1 that are acquired via draft.
