I propose owners coming in mid-season must wait two weeks before accepting/proposing a trade. Intent is to prevent new owners coming in at the trade deadline and trading key players shifting the entire landscape of the season. No offense intended to new owners; I am happy to have you. Original owners have paid and been playing all year; it takes the air out of the league for the remainder of the season in my opinion.

This might be a good idea in general for next year, in a perfect world we wouldn't have to replace anyone, but we know that is almost impossible. We can put it to a vote and if it passes of course we will implement it. One thing I will say is there is really no need to mention the trade deadline specifically, a general rule of 2 weeks is good enough. Also looking at things like it takes the air out for the remainder of a season, is a very short term look. We don't want that here, this is a long term league.
