I think these ideas will be a lot of fun; I have a couple of thoughts:
As far as the minor league rosters; my only concern is the players not having any MLB experience. I think a significant amount of our N/A players were called up for a stint which would fill our MLB rosters with a chunk of players who start the year in the minors. Is it possible to have the zero MLB experience apply specifically to the MiLB draft and allow us to carryover N/A's who finish the season in MiLB to the minor league roster?
Also, couple the waiver salary cap penalty of 25%, the cap will get squeezed and you will be carrying MiLB players who had a stint in the majors on the MLB rosters. It will be tough to field a team.
Am I reading this right or can you help me understand better?

Players with no MLB experience is just referring to what you can draft in the minors draft, and if you wanted to use a draft pick to place a current NA player you have on your roster in the minors. As far as anyone with MLB experience but still under the 3 years service time, they will have options, so you will be able to send them up and down throughout the year at no risk as long as they have an option left.
One thing I think we might have to do is a one time courtesy to send guys down prior to keeper cutoff, I'll come up with something. Also something annual that is fair to send guys back down before keeper cutoff.
One other thing we might have to do it make the minor salary cap ap bit higher to accommodate the moving of players up and down. Cool thing is we have time to work on it in the off season.
